Becoming a referee puts you in the shoes of an assistant football referee and takes you through ten challenging situations for you to handle. The job is made simpler for you. You don't have to sprint as fast as you can along the touchline. You feel comfortable in front of the VAR screen and focus your attention on what is happening on the screen. It is from this vantage point that you watch what happens on the field, and in a way consistent with a quality video test you will draw accurate conclusions.
